In yet another idiotic, country-damaging and self-destructive move, the New Mexico Democrat Party is calling for President Bush’s removal from office. Instead of citing anything that even remotely addresses anything that approaches “high crimes and misdemeanors”, the NM Democrat Party issued the statement that the call for the president’s removal is due to its “perceived abuses of power and corruption in the Bush administration.” That’s “perceived” abuses.the NM Democrat Party’s “perception”. It further amended the NM Democrat Party platform to include: “Resolved, that the Democratic Party of New Mexico supports the impeachment of President George Bush and his lawful removal from office.” Holy smokes! This is embarrassing and increasingly deranged behavior.
In stark but reliable simplicity, Republican successes of the past several decades can be directly correlated to the contrasts between their philosophy and agenda as compared to that of the Democrats. In the 1994 election cycle, differences between the two parties were clearly defined, and Republicans triumphed. Conversely whenever distinctions become blurred, Republican fortunes fall commensurately.
Like the racialist, the pandering multiculturalist, the homosexual hungry for converts and the shrill emptiness of feminism, the Mexican illegal aliens launched their depraved offensive against this nation upon our most vulnerable members; children.

Living in the Philadelphia area for a decade has taught me a thing or two about what “Philly Style†actually means. For example, in a “Philly style cheesesteak†the cheese is not cheese, but “Cheese Whiz,†the steak is not steak, but shredded beef, and if “Philly†appears anywhere in the name, it is not a “Philly cheesesteak.†A submarine or hero sandwich is either a hoagie or a grinder, unless it has pickles, then it is from “Subway.†Scrapple, pork rolls, and pepper pot soup all taste great as long as you do not know what goes them. Pretzels are not pretzels unless they come all stuck together in a big slab from a street vendor smothered in yellow mustard. A lunch cake is a “Tastycake,†even if it happens to be a “Twinkie.†And, I am still trying to figure out what the difference between a cinnamon roll and a sticky bun is.
One of the bluest of the Blue States in the nation gave Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton(D-NY) some disheartening news today: If the presidential election were held today, Sen. Clinton gets whipped in New Jersey by Republicans Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and “America’s Mayor” Rudy Guiliani, according to a new poll.
Tantalize single moms with an array of juicy economic incentives, cripple the Black family, and blame the whole mess on those stingy Conservatives.
In much of Europe when Muslims immigrate they rarely become “European†citizens, but stay Muslims who just happened to come to Europe. This isn’t just a cultural bias of the Muslims who would rather congregate amongst those of their own “kindâ€, either — though that certainly has something to do with it. It is also one often forced upon them in varying degrees by the laws and customs of the different countries to which they immigrate.
A couple of traditionalist blogs recently have encountered what may be PC, thought-police suppression
It may be purely coincidental, but two traditionalist blogs have at roughly the same time been black-listed or threatened with disbarment from an internet service provider in what seems to be an arbitrary manner. Maybe it’s paranoia, but the suspicion is unavoidable that this may be an additional liberal tactic, along with threats to bar some conservative websites for supposedly violating campaign finance laws.
To the federal government, many newborns, toddlers and preschoolers are undiagnosed mental cases with dire need of “treatment” (read: drugs).
Following the appalling trend of labeling school children with an ever-expanding list of mental disorders and medicating them with the cocaine-class of drugs like Adderall and Ritalin, government is promoting universal mental health screening and treatment ” beginning with babies.
The British government has shown American intelligence officials information indicating that Iran is operating “training camps” for bombers who carry out terrorist attacks on coalition forces, Iraqi security forces and civilians. It appears that the training is accelerating in order to create havoc and destabilize the fledgling Iraqi government.

As citizens of the United States, we understand that our government is made up of three branches: the Executive (or the President), the Legislative (Congress and Senate), and the Judicial (the Supreme Court). However, there is one branch that is not accountable to the people like the others: the Media.
The President’s low opinion-poll ratings, coupled with his recent string of setbacks, threaten a period of presidential impotence not unlike the last two years of President Woodrow Wilson’s second term. Then the United States had no threatening foreign enemies. Today we are in the middle of a worldwide military and ideological war against radical Islam.
Each and every day the Democrats and their “mainstream media” are denigrating the Iraq war, the Iraqis and US troops. Much the same as they were able to vilify those who fought in and supported the US fight against repressive communism in Viet Nam and were able to sway the American public toward opposition to that war, they are currently using their own bully pulpits to destroy any chance of democracy in Iraq.

Maybe it is just me being irritable, but the cheap shots being constantly taken against the mission, character, and intelligence of America’s armed forces is wearing on my last nerve.
The most recent example of the Leftist ideal that they can support the troops and insult them at the same time comes from actor/comedian Richard Belzer. Belzer, who stars in the NBC series “Homicide: Life on the Streets†and “Law and Order: Special Victim’s Unitâ€, recently took the opportunity of an appearance on “Real Time with Bill Maher†to demean the intelligence of our troops.
As I stated in a piece titled, Civic Education Is Missing in the U.S. Diet, the framers of the US Constitution realized that democracy would only work when citizens are included in making decisions. Civic responsibility means not only to possess knowledge of government, but to learn about processes and institutions that are effective in improving community conditions, developing skills necessary to participate in policymaking processes, and developing a mentality that includes performing
lifelong service for the common good.
