I Am Mad As Hell and I Am Not Going To Take It Anymore
By: Carolyn Hileman
Many of us have the picture emblazoned in our mind of our United States flag hanging upside down underneath the Mexican flag. Most educated Americans know that an upside down American flag means there is trouble and most of us also know that historically when an enemy has taken a certain piece of land in a battle they plant their flag on that soil so that little display was telling us America is in trouble Mexico has taken over and by God the did didn’t they. To date, to my knowledge nothing has been done to those people who did that, nor was anything done in Maywood, Alta California where on federal property they took down the American flag stomped it and then raised the Mexican flag. The police cannot say they have no suspects in that case because they watched the whole thing and did not make any move to stop it or take it down until the counter protesters started to go over there, then they threatened the counter protectors with arrest and finally tore it down, no charges have been filed.
This is a quote from the AZTLAN web site about that incident “Maywood, a city with about 28,300 inhabitants, was founded in 1912 and up to about 1970 it was almost an exclusively “White Oakie†working class community. The demographics of the city started changing dramatically about twenty years ago and today its population is 96.3% Latino (mostly Mexican) and only about 2.6% White. The 2.6% White population or about 739 people are mostly old folks who live in the city’s rest homes.†This is under the heading get you’re AZTLAN postage stamps here. However, there as usual are two sets of laws in our country, the ones for the tax payers and the ones for the conquers.
While they are allowed to do with the American flag as they wish with impunity, we on the other hand must not touch their sacred flag. A Tucson man was arrested Tuesday for his role in the burning of a Mexican flag as part of a counter protest at a pro-immigration rally.
At about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Tucson police cited Roy Warden, 58, on suspicion of assault, criminal damage and reckless burning, and then released him, according to Sgt. Decio Hopffer.
The New Mexico League of United Latin American Citizens is calling for a federal investigation of the student who ripped down a Mexican flag at the University of New Mexico last month. “We are hoping that the FBI would open up an investigation, not really for what he did to the flag but really it goes deeper,†said John Moya, president of one of LULAC’s Albuquerque councils.
A Veteran from Reno, Nev. has hit headlines after he took matters into his own hands yesterday and tore down a Mexican flag that was being illegally flown above a U.S. flag at a local business.
Local news station krnv News 4 had received calls yesterday afternoon from angry residents complaining about the Mexican flag. When the station sent a reporter to investigate the Veteran took the opportunity to make a statement in front of the cameras.
The man commented “I’m Jim Brossert and I took this flag down in honor of my country with a knife from the United States army. I’m a veteran, I am not going to see this done to my country. if they want to fight us, then they need to be men, and they need to come and fight us, but I want somebody to fight me for this flag. They’re not going to get it back.†He is now facing charges as well.
I don’t know about you but I have had enough of this BS to last me a life time, they protest if we raid them like we have no right to secure our country, they have secret votes in legislation concerning amnesty and they can go anywhere they wish do anything they want and by God you had better not say anything because that is hate speech and this is ridiculous and we all know it. I would like it investigated as to why groups such as ATZLAN and LARAZA had votes in the comprehensive immigration plan. I would like the FBI to investigate the incident in California, I want someone held accountable for that travesty and I want the cops that were there held accountable, http://www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm I want an outcry from the citizens in this country over what has been forced upon us and when you are finished there you can call the Toll Free senate Switchboard 866.340.9281, tell them you are mad as hell about the take over of our country and you are not going to take it anymore. Tell them you are sick of them trying to ram amnesty down our throats in various forms and secret bills, that you want the damn fence built, you want the raids increased and you want the Lilly livered wimps up there who are scared of our enemy to shut up and that if we do not start to see some real action real soon they will be looking for work in November. Tell them if hey really wish to work with these people to apply for a visa and go to Mexico this is America and they need to start acting like it.
I told myself I would not get angry when I started writing this as you can see it didn’t work. Maybe it is because I am sick of good people being called racist because they will not lay down and let the illegal immigrants have their way. Maybe it is because I really do not think many up in Washington cares what we the people want. Maybe it is because my Daddy fought for that flag they stomped on, the one they hung upside down under a Mexican flag and the one they replaced in Jupiter, Florida. He saw many of his friends killed in order to assure us a safe place to live and we by not doing anything are handing our country and that flag to these people with no contest and that has got to stop. What if Osama bin Laden said where ever there is an Islamist there is Islam? What if Kim Jung IL had said North Korea dos not stop at its borders? What if either of these men had followers in our streets in the hundreds of thousands, what if they were all screaming they wanted their rights? What if after their rights rallies we realized that they had thousands of people firmly entrenched in every city in America? Would we have taken the marches more serious? Would we have ramped up our border protection? Or would we have simply just turned our head? I am sick of turning my head, I am sick of being called names by those who are supposed to be working for us, I am sick of one set of laws for the citizens and another for their honored guests. I am mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore.
In the End,
we will remember
not the words of our enemies,
but the silence of our friends.
