Secret Service on the Case: Mr. Facebook has a Problem
By: Michael John McCrae
Well I see someone got creative with their polling data today and now the Secret Service is tracking down some computer moron that doesn’t realize liberals can’t take a joke.
The article was “Secret Service Probing Obama Assassination Poll on Facebook†by Joshua Rhett Miller.
Now I am not going to dwell on the sheer idiocy of creating this poll. What I want to concentrate on is the personal reaction and comments by a certain “FOX News contributor†and democratic Obama sycophant; Bob Beckel. If you want to know more about the poll you can search the title or you can wait. I am sure the Secret Service will track down “Mr. Facebook†and find some way to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law for being a jerk.
Quoting the FOX article: “Bob Beckel, a Democratic Party strategist and FOX News contributor, said the individual responsible for the poll should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law…”This is the kind of garbage that’s generated from the extreme right against Obama, and it’s going way over the line,” Beckel told FOXNews.com. “It’s got to be stopped. Find him, prosecute him and put him in jail.”
If Bob Beckel, a man who has been licking democrat boots since the days of Walter Mondale, would take one single step back and learn to breathe through his twenty-five inch neck; he might actually find one coherent sentence to speak. He was never quoted nor heard from when leftist pushers for assassination spoke of killing George W. Bush. Neither too, did the Secret Service go on a pogrom of search and destroy for any of the leftist kooks who came up with a Bush assassination documentary; which then led to a feature film on the Bush assassination; which then sparked a Bush assassination video game, New York stage play and a “How To†book entitled “Checkpointâ€.
As many internet searches as I’ve done I can find nowhere, Bob Beckel decrying any of the very serious leftist “artists†or calling for their prosecution for daring to suggest President George Bush should be assassinated. Bob Beckel is a blithering, hypocritical idiot! Beckel is the one that should be “Found, prosecuted and put in jail!â€
Bob said, “This is the kind of garbage…from the extreme right…†and that has yet to be seen. For all anyone knows this is a disgruntled “Code Pinkster, Feminist†or Hollywood celebrity! After all, the Bush assassination play, movie, documentary, video game and book were all inventions of leftists who held extreme hatred for the American President. Again, where is Bob’s even feigned chagrin over those atrocities?
Beckel is quoted: “”If they don’t like what Obama is doing, then maybe they ought to go out and vote for someone else,” he said.â€But relying on this kind of attack is un-American and unacceptable.”
And I would readily agree with Bob if he was truly speaking from his heart a sentiment that went two ways. But he’s just concerned about his guy; the liberal socialist whose heroes are more racist and communist in keeping with Beckel’s ideas of utopia. It is only “Un-American†to suggest killing Obama. It’s quite alright to put together frame after frame of movie film about killing anyone named Bush.
If you are at all interested in Bob Beckel’s hypocrisy you can search the documentary entitled: “Death of a Presidentâ€; a play entitled: “President and Manâ€; the book “Checkpoint†or the video game, or maybe you could just buy a book of assassination stamps depicting George Bush with a gun to his head. No one was ever prosecuted for any of that leftist “garbageâ€.
Now Mr. Facebook may be able to escape jail if he’s got the right lawyer. I did find this tidbit in an article which talked of the “Checkpoint†author beating any severe rap: “Though it is against the law to threaten the president in real life, a work of fiction is usually protected by the First Amendment.â€Under a big 1968 Supreme Court precedent, Brandenburg v. Ohio, speaking of assassinating the president cannot be forbidden or punished unless the speaker’s purpose is to provoke an assassination attempt and that is likely to be the effect,” says legal scholar Stuart Taylor Jr. of the National Journal.†(FROM: A Novel’s Plot Against the President Character Fantasizes Bush Assassination by Linton Weeks; Washington Post Staff Writer Tuesday, June 29, 2004)
So Mr. Facebook may luck out unless he is a white, Anglo-Saxon, protestant, Christian type who has anything to do with T.E.A. parties or support of the United States Military. In that case he is just crap out of luck!
