Other atrocities associated with ObamaCare are rationing of medical services and a push towards “no-more-health-care-for-you” euthanasia (deceptively referred to as “Advance Care Planning”) for those Obama considers elderly. End of life counseling—every five years until they finally die due to lack of provided health services—for said elderly (ostensibly once one is in his or her 60s) will also be mandatory. Note: One wonders if said euthanasia will also soon extend to his growing political “enemies” list. And to ensure against discrimination, the beginnings of life are also covered under ObamaLifeSnuffOut. We will be forced to pay for abortions under ObamaCare.

By design, ObamaCare is also racist. Two of the myriad agencies the patients must maneuver through are the “Office of Civil Rights” and “Office of Minority Health.” Presumably, if one is not an ObamaMinority, one will not receive as “suitable” health care as do Obama’s select. Note: These days Obama continues to light the fires of racism wherever he seems to go. As witnessed with his ill-advised (dare I say “stupid?”) comments regarding the Cambridge Police Department, perhaps Obama just can’t help himself. And this is the man acting as POTUS—the one who still refuses to produce a true and viable birth certificate? Scary stuff.

There is so much anti-Health legislation contained in ObamaCare’s 1018 pages (see link below) that it would be impossible to list them all here. But, some of them that Robert Wenzel and Peter Fleckstein (aka Fleckman) discovered include:

• Government (by ObamaThugs) auditing of the books and fining of businesses who opt to continue private health care
• The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your healthcare Benefits for you. You have no choice!
• Government will have real-time access to individual’s finances & a National ID Health card will be issued
• Government rationing of healthcare
• No company can sue the government on “price fixing.” No “judicial review” against Govt monopoly
• An employer MUST auto-enroll employees into the Government public plan
• Government will reduce physician services for Medicaid. Seniors, low income, poor will be affected. Note: One wonders if only Obama’s “non-minority” seniors, low income and poor folks will be penalized

There are thousands more appalling examples of tyrannical control of We-the-People contained in the ObamaCare plan. Coupled with the ObamaCon Cap ’n Tax, Obama’s control of US citizens, their finances and all of their actions will be complete. The CBO (Congressional Budget Office) has already said that the unsustainable costs of this latest Obama-Folly do not match Obama’s and Pelosi’s promises. In other words, Obama and Pelosi continue to lie—and lie—and lie.

In a few short months (it actually only feels like a lifetime) Obama has almost—again by design—bankrupted the country. ObamaCare and his Cap ‘n Con ‘n Tax should complete his job of destroying the country and the American people. ObamaCare—alone—will drive the tax rate to at least 50% and upward paid to the government—that means Obama and his adherents. And please do not forget that Obama, his family and friends, all three branches of government and government employees are NOT subject to ObamaCare. These are the “political elite” who are not subject to oppressions of the more “common folk.” Congress, alone, will maintain their premium choice of twelve (that’s 12 folks) private health care plans.

Keep on calling the Capitol Hill Switchboard at 202.224-3121 and tell your representatives and senators to vote NO on ObamaCare. Also advise your senators to vote NO on Cap ‘n Tax. Remember, we are NOT in a healthcare crisis except in the mind of Obama and illegal aliens. Costs of private insurance need to be lowered—that’s it and it can be done. And Cap and Trade will NOT heal the environment. Like Obama’s “job and economic stimulus packages,” these programs are also fraudulent. In a Newsweek article penned by Kennedy and his partner Bob Shrum, they write of readmissions for additional problems: “Most of these readmissions are unnecessary, but we don’t reward hospitals and doctors for preventing them. By changing that, we’ll save billions of dollars.” Translation: “The government will decide who will receive care—either primary or ongoing for the same problem.” This, of course will include a “NO” for “unnecessary” procedures. Now, we have the admitted beginning of rationing. Of note is the fact that Kennedy is a US Senator and Shrum is a Kennedy political consultant. Neither are doctors. Neither has had any medical training.

As William Kristol at the Weekly Standard notes: “For in reality the government isn’t going simply to reward “good” and penalize “bad” admissions. It’s going to prevent insurance companies from paying for “unnecessary” admissions and procedures, if those companies want to participate in the government system. In other words, government bureaucrats are going to deem entire categories of treatment inefficient for all or certain categories of patients, and put those treatments out of bounds for doctors and hospitals.”

Of additional note is the fact that Obama and his family, the US Congress and their families, Government employees (these include teachers at government schools) and their families will NOT be subject to ObamaCare. They will continue with their premium services. Only We-the-Peons will be forced—yes forced—to enroll in Obama’s ‘including your body, I will soon control everything you do’ Health Crimes Bill. CBO Director Douglas Elmendorf, who was appointed to this position by Obama, said recently: “We do not see the sort of fundamental changes that would be necessary to reduce the trajectory of federal health spending by a significant amount. On the contrary, the legislation significantly expands the federal responsibility for health care costs.” In other words, this is Obama’s health version of his Cap ‘N Tax ’N Con Bill. It’s another way for the political elite ruling class to steal from us all and place the money in their pockets (distribution of OUR wealth to the politicians) so that they can proceed with their control over us all.

The terrorist group Hizb ut-Tahrir—an admitted Al-Qaeda affiliate—is actually holding an Islamist Hate-and-Destroy-the-USA-and-Capitalism Conference at a Hilton Hotel just outside of Chicago. Hizb ut-Tahrir’s conference is titled “The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam.” Catchy, ‘eh? Hmm. FNC reports that Director of the Future of Terrorism Project at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies Walid Phares said: “Hizb ut-Tahrir is one of the oldest, largest indoctrinating organizations for the ideology known as Jihadism. It’s like a middle school that prepares them to be recruited by the high school, which is Al Qaeda. One would compare them to Hitler youth. It’s an extremely dangerous organization.” On the purpose of the conference, Phares stated: “The aim of this conference is to recruit within the Muslim community in America. The Middle East governments go after them, but in the U.S. they are protected. So having a base here is going to help their cells around the world.” Is this part of the White House’s strategy? Will Hizb ut-Tahrir members join the Obama Youth?

We are already observing Obama working feverishly to destroy capitalism. He and his willing minions in Congress—who now report ONLY to him and no longer to We-the-People—are passing anti-USA legislation each and every day; from new taxes being voted on and passed by the ruling majority in the dead of night to Cap and Trade (alternately known as both Cap and Tax and Cap and Con) which is designed by Obama and his team to raise electricity rates for families by at least 40%. It does, however, force ALL private health care options out of the marketplace as the Goliath Government health care program against our will lumbers in and takes over. In fact, Massachusetts cut 30,000 legal immigrants from its health care rolls. It is now, also, rationing health care and dropping others from its “health care” when their care becomes too expensive. Note: ObamaCare will NOT work for citizens of the country but, will bring in huge amounts of revenue for Obama and his cronies. It will also bring to bear Obama’s almost total control over We-the-People. He will control our bodies and make decisions as to who can and cannot receive health care. Ultimately, it will give the dictator the power to say who lives and who dies. Note: It seems as if he really is now challenging God—doesn’t it?

Recently, Obama and Vice-Dictator Joe Biden have begun talking about implementing another “stimulus” package. Biden said recently: “Now, people when I say that look at me and say, ‘What are you talking about, Joe? You’re telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt? The answer is yes, that’s what I’m telling you.” Translation: ‘We have to bankrupt ourselves to keep from going bankrupt’. HUH??? This is as nonsensical a statement as he has ever made. And considering Joe’s previous nutty statements that’s saying a lot.

As neither the first two “stimulus” programs have worked—job losses (over 500,000/month recently) are now close to being worse than they have been since the Great Depression and nationwide unemployment is almost at double-digits—for We-the-People, we can be assured that this one won’t either. Note: However, ALL of these programs work VERY well for Obama and Company. They place money and power over us into Obama’s bulging pockets which—some months ago—began overflowing. His friends at the investment firms Obama chose to “save” by giving them our hard-earned money are showing record profits. Just look at Goldman Sacs. They are also back to their same old tricks of spend…spend…spend as if there’s no tomorrow. After all, Henry Paulson and Obama got rid of their biggest competitor—Lehman Brothers—for them.

These are all tricks and methods of destruction that Obama learned and has learned very well.

As I’ve written multiple times in the past, Obama’s intent is to increase the wealth of those already wealthy who supported him to as yet never realized wealth and power and punish those who did not. He will do it by selective overburdening taxation—soon to be imprisonment—for those who did not support him, those who openly oppose him and his programs and those who refuse to swear an oath of fealty to him. Unconstitutional, you say? Of course it is. But, when did Obama ever follow the US Constitution? He won’t even provide his real and long-form birth certificate suggesting more and more every day that he is not a natural born citizen of the USA. His college records might lend a clue but, those have also been sealed up tightly. And, if not a natural born citizen—and he did not become a naturalized citizen—he is not even a US citizen.

Soon there will be but 2 classes in the USA—the haves and have-nots. The haves will consist of Dictator Obama, his family and friends and those who supported him financially and legislatively. The have-nots will be the rest of us as the dictator will have taken (stolen) everything from us. He will then dole our own funds and rights back to us as he decides. As never before, it’s time for action. While an appeals court judge, Sotomayor has already used her position to exhibit racism with her vote against New Haven, CN white firefighters. As African-American firefighters were not able to pass the New Haven Fire Department’s test for promotion, but white firefighters and one Hispanic firefighter did, she ruled that the fire department must throw out the test results and no one may be promoted. Note: Sotomayor’s decision was recently overturned by SCOTUS.

On multiple occasions, Sotomayor has said that Hispanic women make better decisions that white men and in 2002 she stated: “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.” Note: Had a white male judge made any even similar reverse statement, he would have been unmercifully vilified by the press and others, tarred and feathered and driven out of town on the proverbial rail.

Sotomayor voiced her belief in judicial activism and that judges should be in charge of ‘policy making’ when she said “the Court of Appeals is where policy is made.” With respect to the Second Amendment and its protection of the right of American citizens to bear arms, Sotomayor said that states do not have to obey the amendment and that the amendment does not protect individual American citizens from having any right to keep and bear arms. Sotomayor also ruled against the Fourteenth Amendment which in part says: “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States … nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” In his article “Sotomayor ruled that States do not have to Obey Second Amendment,” CNS’ Matt Cover noted “Sotomayor’s decision rejected the Fourteenth Amendment’s incorporation doctrine as far as Second Amendment was concerned…”

Judicial Watch reports and has documented Judge Sotomayor’s connection to the far-Left Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund (PRLDEF) and the terrorist group Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional (FALN). While a 12-year member of the PRLDEF Board of Directors, Sotomayor engaged in many radical and anti-USA decisions. Judicial Watch lists the following as only a few:

• “In 1990, the PRLDEF attacked then-New York Mayor David Dinkins after the mayor labeled three Puerto Rican “nationalists” who shot five members of Congress in 1954 “assassins.” The radicals were members of a violent Puerto Rican terrorist group Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional (FALN). The PRLDEF said the mayor’s comments “lacked sensitivity.” Reuben Franco, President of the PRLDEF said: “[Mayor Dinkins] doesn’t recognize that to many people in Puerto Rico, these are fighters for freedom and justice…”
• In 1988, the Puerto Rican Legal Defense Fund engaged in a battle with the New York City Police Department over its “racist” promotion exam [sound familiar?], ultimately presiding over a radical redesign to allow more minorities to achieve a passing grade. According to The New York Times: “The new test, a four-part exam prepared with the help of an expert designated by the Puerto Rican Legal Defense Fund…involved changes in format, including the addition of open-book questions and a video portion.”
• In 1981, the PRLDEF filed a complaint against Elizabeth, New Jersey Mayor Thomas Dunn following a City Hall directive requiring staff to speak English while on the job. In 1990, the organization also opposed a law to require merchants to post an English sign in the storefront explaining the nature of business.
• In a March 1981 memo to the directors of the PRLDEF, Sotomayor and two colleagues argued against the death penalty because it is, “associated with evident racism in our society” and because it “creates inhuman psychological burdens for the offender.” The memo, which Sotomayor initially failed to turn over to the Senate Judiciary Committee, argued that the PRLDEF should oppose the restoration of the death penalty in New York State.
• In 1981, the PRLDEF applauded a decision by a federal judge that forced teachers at an Ann Arbor Michigan elementary school to undergo “consciousness raising” about a dialect spoken by young black children called “Black English.” The training program cost taxpayers $44,000.”

So, the USA has not only fallen but, fallen badly and far into abysmal depths—from a usurping “president” who still refuses to produce a viable birth certificate proving he is a natural-born US citizen to a Supreme Court Associate Justice who is a blatantly racist, anti-US Constitutionalist and an individual who worked for and with the openly terrorist-sympathizing and supporting anti-USA group PRLDEF. Obama is now in the process of diligently working to pass the UN-inspired Cap and Trade bill that will make using electricity and other energy sources unattainable for many. In other words, in some cases—due to the projected additional $3,000-4,000/year/family energy costs—there are people who may be reduced to burning wood (or freezing to death) for heat and fanning themselves to cool off. Sher: Ron, would you give my readers a bit of your background?

Ron: With a newly-earned BS degree in chemistry from Missouri State University, I began my career in 1970 with a local air quality control agency, and for more than two decades I managed the air quality division at that agency. Sher: Ron, the truth that “global warming” or as it’s now being called “climate change” is a hoax perpetrated to heavily tax populations—and most specifically the American people—has been hidden from the world very well. Your group Scientists for Truth seeks to expose this lie. You have a Conference scheduled for August 13th that is planned as a debunking session and you have lined up some very distinguished experts as speakers who will explain the truth about climate change. Will you tell us about the Conference and what led you to organize it?

Ron: Look at my perspective: the earth was in a cooling mode from my year of birth, 1947, until 1975 (28 years), and it has again been cooling for the past 10 years. In other words 38 of my 61 years have been years of global cooling. Is it any wonder I don’t recognize a dangerous warming trend? The mean global temperature is now about where it was at mid-twentieth century.

The UN’s International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) predicates its global warming alarmism almost entirely on computer models. Since when do computer models trump real-time temperature data? Time will resolve almost all scientific debates. It will resolve the global warming debate. Unfortunately, in this case politicians have co-opted the debate to convince an uninformed public we need carbon cap-and-trade to save the planet. The elaborate scheme will collect hundreds of billions of dollars from the un-favored for redistribution to the favored. A few will get rich, but most of us will end up on the un-favored list.

Why the conference? As a scientist, the declaration by global warming alarmists that the debate is over just rubs me wrong. What has happened to the once revered scientific method—the backbone of science? As chief operating officer of Surefire Strategies, I decided to push back with the “Debunking Climate Change Myths” conferences. At the Springfield, Missouri, conference nationally known speakers will present scientific evidence clearly indicating the debate is far from over. In addition to the science, the ramifications of the Waxman-Markey carbon cap-and-trade legislation will be discussed. Conference attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions following each presentation. Attendees with diverse opinions on climate change are welcome, and all opinions will be respected, however, disruptive members of the audience will get to meet our burly bouncer.

Sher: Increasingly Obama’s “Climate Change” Cap and Trade legislation strongly appears to be based on faulty if not outright false science. As an example, within the last week EPA Senior Operations Research Analyst Alan Carlin brought to light information that had been suppressed by those who want the Cap and Trade bill. The EPA had refused to include his factual information and, instead, his supervisor sent him an email that said: “The time for such discussion of fundamental issues has passed for this round. The administrator and the administration has [sic] decided to move forward on endangerment, and your comments do not help the legal or policy case for this decision. I can only see one impact of your comments given where we are in the process, and that would be a very negative impact on our office.” It appears that the data is being manipulated solely to allow Obama to enter a new and huge energy tax on US citizens and allow him and his Administration to gain even more power over Americans. With respect to Obama’s Administration seemingly knowing that their data are based on faulty premises, what do you draw from the statements made by Carlin’s supervisor?

Ron: Mr. Carlin’s future at EPA is very likely in jeopardy. Clearly, president Obama chose EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson and Energy Secretary Steven Chu to ram through a carbon cap-and-trade program—science be damned.

Sher: As the truth about global warming (AKA climate change) becomes better known—that it is merely another way for the power-elite to gut countries and their peoples of their resources, it becomes even more essential that We-the-People become involved. According to leftist Reuters News Service: “U.S. President Barack Obama said on Monday the coup that ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya was illegal and would set a “terrible precedent” of transition by military force unless it was reversed.” In another journalistic exemplar of not knowing what he is talking about, Obama’s CBS News wrote that their boss (Obama) announced the Honduran coup was “not legal.” Outrageous—but, expected from Obama. The world media—and particularly the US State-run ObamaPress—are referring to a “military coup” which ousted the Honduran president-would-be-dictator-for-life. And, according to the NY Times, Obama “said he was deeply concerned and in a statement called on Honduran officials “to respect democratic norms, the rule of law and the tenets of the Inter-American Democratic charter.” The problem with our own in-house dictator’s statement is, of course, that Honduras WAS respecting democratic norms and the rule of law. The reason for the coup? Zelaya was attempting to set himself up as dictator-for-life by single-handedly eliminating the Honduran Constitution’s presidential term limits. Sound familiar? Obama and his minions are working to affect the same thing in the US. It was the Honduran Supreme Court who advised the world that the Honduran military had acted correctly in response to “those who had publicly spoken out and acted against the Constitution’s provisions.” Those would be Zelaya and his minions.

Note: Zelaya buddy and Venezuelan Dictator Hugo Chavez and our own Usurper and Dictator-in-Chief Barack Obama are attempting the same thing in their own countries. Obama is simply being a bit more clandestine about his own ambitions in this arena. However, as he completes his totalitarian takeover of the USA—with the assistance of his soon-to-be-irrelevant US Congress—Obama’s lifetime role as the US leader will soon be assured. With only lip-service from the soon-to-be-forever-squashed by their government American people and the build up of his brown-shirted jack-booted private police/security forces (see G.I.V.E. Act, AmeriCorps and Nationalservice.gov), Obama (Where’s your Birth Certificate?) will soon have unobstructed, unrestricted and unlimited powers to do anything he desires. Besides, he’s already been given more power by a fawning and corrupt Congress and press than any other leader of the US in history.

So, if one were to compare to two, one real difference between Honduras and the USA is that Honduras seems to actually uphold its constitutional principles; principles largely based on the US Constitution. Choosing Totalitarianism in place of freedom and liberty, the tragedy is that the USA is no longer doing the same. Have We-the-People (soon to be We-the-Peons) lost ALL of our will to fight? Note: It is clear that these Representatives now represent ONLY Obama and Pelosi. They no longer represent their constituencies. And the ones who benefit from this legislation are those who are invested in “alternative energies” that will do nothing to improve any energy resources but, will merely allow the Federal Government to charge We-the-Peons more money. By the way, most of these “alternative energy” sources are either highly unreliable (for example wind doesn’t blow all of the time and the energy produced cannot be stored for future use) or cost far more than traditional sources. Alternative energies also tend to use more resources than traditional energy.

And who are a few who WILL benefit—at the cost of further destroying the USA? One of these is the patently corrupt and powerful Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) who has invested between $50,000-$100,000 in T. Boone Picken’s Clean Energy Fuels. Additionally, in a clear spirit of conflict of interest, Pelosi also supported California’s Prop 10 that “gives thousands of dollars in rebates to natural gas vehicle buyers, as well as spending on R&D, and supposedly cost California $9.8 billion over 30 years.” Then there’s Rep. Edward Markey (D-MA) who cosponsored the Cap and Trade bill with Henry Waxman (D-CA). Markey has invested between $51,000 and $115,000 in the “alternative energy” company Firsthand Technology Value Fund. And if Cap and Trade passes the US Senate, Al Gore’s multiple and far-reaching investments in “alternative energies” will make him a Billionaire. These are only a few of the corrupt politicos making money on the backs of the workers—that’s us, folks. They will raise our taxes to pay for their folly—and their mushrooming wealth.

In a contradiction to Obama’s plan to turn the USA into a third-world country, the Europeans (who have already experienced the reality of Cap and Trade plans of their own) have actually moved away from the Cap and Trade type programs. Similar programs to Obama’s and the other US liberals’ and leftists’ Socio-fascist Cap and Trade schemes have helped to bankrupt EU countries. As an example, CNS News reports that a study conducted by “Dr. Gabriel Calzada, an economics professor at Juan Carlos University in Madrid, said the United States should expect results similar to those in Spain:
“Spain’s experience (cited by President Obama as a model) reveals with high confidence, by two different methods, that the U.S. should expect a loss of at least 2.2 jobs on average, or about 9 jobs lost for every 4 created, to which we have to add those jobs that non-subsidized investments with the same resources would have created,” wrote Calzada in his report: Study of the Effects on Employment of Public Aid to Renewable Energy Sources.

“Obama repeatedly has said that the United States should look to Spain as an example of a country that has successfully applied federal money to green initiatives in order to stimulate its economy.” However, it appears that he lied, again. Taking into consideration the actual job losses—9 currently held jobs lost for every 4 so-called green jobs “created”—the concept of “green jobs” quickly becomes a myth. Obama’s unemployment figures will continue to rise.

So, here is reality. Cap and Trade is about money and power for the US’ now-ruling elite; a power elite class that has Dictator Obama-the-Usurper at the helm of a fast-sinking US ship. If passed by the Senate, Cap and Trade will remove our rights as US citizens to even have the ability to set our own thermostats. Obama appointee Rosa Brooks (who also worked for George Soros) wants each and every home in the US to have mandatory “smart meters” which can and will have the federal government regulating energy usage. And with the passage of Cap and Trade, you will soon pay through the nose for all of your energy needs. Obama and his feds will have officially entered and begun control of you and what you are allowed to do in your own homes. Don’t forget that ObamaCare is next. If this one passes, Obama and his thugs will control our bodies—they will soon no longer belong to us but to Obama and the collective.

We have now reached the time for Nationwide Protests against a government that no longer works for us but is now almost fully positioned to move against us. If we do not affect them now, there will never be a time in the future that we can do so. It will not be long before Obama will have his private police force (on Google look up the GIVE Act and AmeriCorps) in place. If we do not take National Days of Protest against this increasingly tyrannical government now, we will not be able to do so in the future. I would suggest we begin locally by contacting the people who planned and implemented that April Tea Parties. They have access to the National Tea Party coordinators. With his now-over-20 Czars whose sole purpose is to control We-the-People and our currently-being-flushed-down-the-toilets way of life, Obama has almost completed the foundational building of his totalitarian regime. One of Obama’s soon to be instilled (again with NO accountability to Congress or anyone other than the new US dictator) is a “Pay Czar” who will determine what We-the-People (beginning with CEOs and then extending to the proletariat-poor [by Obama-design] working class) are allowed to earn. Big Brother has arrived and he hates all of us—except those who genuflect before him and willingly give him all of their possessions.

Included amongst (but certainly not limited to) the dictator’s czars are a “Health Czar” (who will determine who can and cannot receive medical care—one presumes Conservatives will be SOL) to oversee Dictator Obama’s Universal Healthcare (which will soon after its implementation provide healthcare for few and eventually no one save the Obama Elite), a “Car Czar” (who is 31 years of age and an attorney who has never even run a small business) to determine what cars are allowed to be manufactured in the USA, a “Great Lakes Cleanup Czar” (in saner times the comment to this appointment would be “He has to be kidding!”), a “Cyber Czar” to determine the content of the US Internet—NOT to check on real terrorists—including who may and may not post commentary (Obama’s opposers will soon be banned) and now his “Pay Czar.” The US Constitution is now moot and—via lack of use or importance to the current administration—null and void. In other words, We-the-People no longer—officially—exist.

Tipping point for end of US Republic reached

The “tipping point” that ends the USA’s Republic that many had wondered about has now been reached. Not one of our so-called “leaders” is really even questioning the usurper to the US presidency. Either they don’t care, are afraid of the dictator and his exponentially-increasing power or agree with him that American citizens can no longer be allowed to be in charge of their country and its policies. Oh—and for those of you who still think you can vote Obama and his Commissars out of office in 2010 and 2012 respectively you can forget it. Obama is planning to rule the USA for life. Once his almost absolute power over us has been attained—and with his current speed that will be VERY soon—the Republic will be officially ended. Obama has no plans to relinquish power over the USA and its citizens—ever. He and his cohorts have already—although unofficially—disbanded the US Constitution and rendered it effectively moot. Soon, its end will be official. Leftist judges are now ruling—with increasingly wild abandon—against this Constitution. Note: I use the term ‘usurper’ (“to use without authority or right; employ wrongfully” and “to commit forcible or illegal seizure of an office, power, etc.”) in the truest sense, as virtually all evidence—including Obama’s ongoing lawyer-blocks of any and all attempts to produce a true and original birth certificate—points to this pretender to the throne having been born in Kenya. The now multi-TRILLION dollar “stimulus” packages have not worked, won’t work in the future and were not designed to work in the first place. Where has all the money gone? Even though “transparency” in all of these dealings was promised by Obama, he and his lackeys have refused to provide it. Note: It might be interesting to check the bank accounts of many Obama supporters. But, I suspect all of those enjoying the use of our money have “hidden accounts” that—with the assistance of the secular messiah and his adherents—will not be found.

While an Alinsky-trained (the individual who dedicated his book to Satan) Illinois community organizer, Obama trained ACORN workers for the organization. Although ACORN is under indictment for campaign and voter fraud in at least 14 states (and some ACORN members have already been convicted), Obama continues to reward those who campaigned tirelessly for him. Obama has also assigned them to work on the upcoming US census. This will allow him to create illegal gerrymandering. Many of Obama’s appointees have committed tax evasion. Note: For Obama, the old cliché “Do as I say—not as I (and my friends) do” seems particularly applicable.

And now Obama’s first SCOTUS nominee—Sonia Sotomayor—has made both racist statements (“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life”) AND legal rulings (she ruled against 19 New Haven, CN firefighters because they are white). Sotomayor is an anti-US Constitutionalist who ruled in Maloney v. Cuomo that private citizens do not have Second Amendment rights. Sotomayor ruled that states do not have to obey the Second Amendment and that an individual’s right to keep and bear arms (as stated in the Amendment) is not protected.

Under the Obama reign, the persecution of Christians has also begun. An apparent test case in San Diego, CA disallows Christian home Bible studies without a permit! Under the USA’s new Marxist regime, the First Amendment’s freedom of religion is under fire. And to apparently ensure the First Amendment dies an even quicker death, Obama has appointed a “Cyber-Czar” to monitor Internet content. As his DHS Chief Napolitano has already warned law enforcement conservatives, pro-life, third party candidate supporters and all other “right-wing extremists” are to be considered dangerous and to be watched by police. This is called—amongst other negative terms—Stalinism. Writing for Russia’s Pravda in his article “American capitalism gone with a whimper”, even columnist Stanislav Mishin recognizes the US’ fall from a democratic republic into the bowels of Communism when he states: “It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.”

It appears that the world has awakened to the fact that the US is now under totalitarian and Obama’s dictatorial rule. But, the Obama sheeple—including his media—still refuse to do so. People of true intelligence and insight must now wonder if they ever will. Will you?

Obama has seized both General Motors and Chrysler and essentially handed them to the UAW. He is closing down multiple Chrysler agencies. Jim Anderer owns—soon to be past-tense—a highly successful and high-performing Chrysler agency on Long Island. Anderer has been advised that his agency is going to be seized by the new ownership—as we already know this is Barack Hussein Obama. Other Chrysler agencies on Long Island are documented to not be fairing nearly as well. However, many of them—the “Obama-okayed” ones—are still planned to be in business.

Despite multiple letters, emails and phones calls, Anderer has been given no explanation as to why his dealership was targeted. On Neil Cavuto’s show, Anderer said “They won’t give us a solid explanation. They come up with all these reasons, but none of them seem to make sense” and “but I think there is a lot of favored dealers, there is some collusion.” Anderer continued with: “This is insanity. The government is stealing my business. Well, I cannot accept that as a patriotic American. I was raised in this country to believe that if I work hard and I achieve what I was going after — and I did! I did it! I got it, and now all of a sudden because, you know, we have a president who pushes Chrysler into bankruptcy and puts all of the UAW workers out…? Didn’t have to. Maybe some would have to go out but not all of them, okay. This doesn’t happen in America. This is still America, I think. I mean, this isn’t Stalinist Russia. This is not Nazi Germany where the troopers say you’re out and their buddies are in. That’s what I’m faced with.” The problem here is that America has become a Stalinist Amerika.

The next story of a Chrysler dealership being stolen from its rightful owner is that of George C. Joseph—the sole owner of Sunshine Dodge-Isuzu in Melbourne, FL. Joseph writes: “On Thursday, May 14, 2009 I was notified that my Dodge franchise, that we purchased, will be taken away from my family on June 9, 2009 without compensation and given to another dealer at no cost to them. My new vehicle inventory consists of 125 vehicles with a financed balance of 3 million dollars. This inventory becomes impossible to sell with no factory incentives beyond June 9, 2009. Without the Dodge franchise we can no longer sell a new Dodge as “new,” nor will we be able to do any warranty service work. Additionally, my Dodge parts inventory, (approximately $300,000.) is virtually worthless without the ability to perform warranty service. There is no offer from Chrysler to buy back the vehicles or parts inventory.”

The above are only two stories of a likely growing number of businesses that are now being stolen out from under their rightful owners. The full weight and power of the US federal government is now being brought to bear against We-the-People. Along with stealing our money by taking over the banks, Obama is now also openly stealing the livelihoods from the American people. It is both against the law and demonstrates—proves—that the USA is now under a full and expanding dictatorship! With no one doing anything to stop Obama and his power-mad minions, it will get far worse.

People are now finally asking—that is screaming—“What has happened to America?” and George C. Joseph writes: “HOW IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CAN THIS HAPPEN?” It happens when our lawmakers ignore the laws of the land when they are no longer convenient to their personal purposes and ambitions. It happens when people stop paying attention to the business of our country and our elected officials. It happened when people refused to listen to what Obama actually said, in favor of granting him rock-idol status. It happens when people do nothing to stop it. Tyranny can only prosper when We-the-People allow a dictator to rise up and take over.

The USA and its people are coming close to being totally owned and operated by Obama—who is now going against and bypassing his own leftist Congress. It is being reported that Obama will announce, today, that he will not only close Gitmo—which was voted down Wednesday (90-6) by both Senate Democrats and Republicans—but, WILL release some of the terrorists into the US population.
