The above quote is from Joseph Stalin, whom I like to call the Doctor of Communism. I call him this because of that one quote. It was, in essence, a prescription. A prescription for the destruction of America. And the liberals have been dispensing the medication since.

The American Civil Liberties Union, founded in 1920 by communist Robert Nash Baldwin with the purpose of advancing communism under the guise of protecting freedoms, has waged fullscale warfare on religion (primarily Christianity).

But their assault on America has not been restricted to religion. They have waged war on the family and morality by defending the homosexual agenda, obsenity, and abortion. Meanwhile they claim to be neutral on gun control. Their position statement however contradicts itself on this issue. Immediately after the neutrality statement they declare that the posession of weapons by an individual is NOT constitutionally protected.

On other fronts the communists infiltrated teachers unions (and other unions), the press, Hollywood, educational institutions, religious institutions, and both major political parties. One need only read the “45 Declared Goals for the Communist Takeover of America” to realize that this conspiracy is real and is succeeding.

The sad part is that this has gone on for so long that they have produced generations of liberals who are ignorant to the fact that they have been victims of a communist conspiracy.

I truly believe that the average liberal is well intentioned but does not realize he has been a victim of communist indoctrination and is merely regurgitating the propaganda which has been so skillfully drilled into his mind.

Liberalism is a disease. A cancer on society. If you are a liberal, I urge you to read these “45 Declared Goals for the Communist Takeover of America”. You ARE a VICTIM, and as such, your road to recovery can begin here. Once you realize that you have been used as a vehicle for the destruction of American society, the healing process can begin.

To my conservative brethren I encourage you to guide your liberal acquaintances to this page so they too can begin to understand this disease which has infected them.

This is nothing more than an attempt by Cohen to pander to his predominantly black constituancy in an effort to bolster his position in the next election in 2008 and perhaps assuage some guilt he may feel. Virtually every move he has made as a member of Congress has been for those reasons.

It appears that Cohen shares the opinion of many columnists that most white Americans have some lingering guilt over this Americas involvement in slavery. On the contrary, I assert that most white Americans give little thought to the matter and see
no need for such legislation or an apology. I suppose his next piece of pandering legislation will be calling for reparations.

Yes slavery was a horrible and inhumane system but the key word here is WAS. It existed, it ended, and there are no
Americans alive today who either owned slaves or whom were slaves. It was what it was, and it is time to drop it and move on.

Americans of African descent should be grateful that their ancestors paid the price, albeit unwillingly, that their descendants may one day live as free citizens of this great nation with all the rights and privelges thereof instead of living the bleak struggle for existence that most Africans do in their native countries today.

Were it not for slavery, there would never have been a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Were it not for slavery, there would have never been a George Washington Carver.

Were it not for slavery, there would never have been a Thurgood Marshall, Clarence Thomas, Condoleezza Rice, or Colin Powell.

Were it not for slavery, there would be no Americans of African descent.

Just as He did when he placed the Israelites in bondage, God likewise had His reason for placing the Africans in bondage. Perhaps one day we will understand that reason.

Having said that however, the federal government has made a commitment to provide a source of income to millions of individuals who have acquired the necessary work credits and paid into the system through forced payroll deduction. This commitment cannot be ignored.

At this point the dollar figures are really of no consequence. There is only one logical solution. First, we must end any further forced deduction of payments from workers’ paychecks. Secondly, anyone under the age of, oh, say 45, would have all money which they have paid into the system returned to them. They would then be free to either blow it, save it, or invest it. The choice would be theirs and they would have to live with any negative consequences. And lastly, those aged 45 and above should be given the choice of remaining in the system or having their money returned as well. For those who choose to remain in the system, the federal government would be obliged to suck it up and fulfill it’s commitment to them.

With some extensive budget slashing in other areas the financial impact on our govenment would be only slightly painful and in about 50 years or so, this nightmare we call social security will finally be over.

Parents would be well advised to begin teaching their children at the earliest age, the importance of saving at least 10 percent of their gross income towards retirement. This is a lesson that can be taught very early on whenever they receive a monetary gift from relatives or Grandpa slips them a couple of bucks, as well as when and if they receive an allowance. Form the habit early and they will likely retire quite comfortably. We can, by properly instructing our children on matters of financial security, eliminate the need for this unconstitutional program.

Social Security is a program that should never have been implemented. It is time to bring this chapter in the socialization of America to a close.
