The Leftist Bill of Rights (Written 1994)
Or, the "Liberal Bill of Rights"
(or what Socialists, Communists, Marxists and those on the left really, really, really wish the Bill of Rights said)
Amedment X.V (Proposed 2003, awaiting ratification)

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting the free exercise of religion and shall restrict the open display of any religious message on all lands; nor shall they make any law abridging the freedom of speech by those that agree with us, or abridging the right of the press to say whatever they want as long as it is agreeable with our thoughts; or the right of the people to assemble and destroy property in protest for wrongs no matter how imaginary, and shall not allow people the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances except in cases where we have been removed from power unjustly by the people. At such a time as the last occurs, we reserve the right to litigate until you agree to allow us to resume controlling you.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, shall not exist because people owning guns is a hindrance to our attempts to keep power. Allowing the people to be armed means that we would have to face possible rebellion if for some reason they should decide to overthrow our rule. We can not have that. Thus it shall only be the right of the Federal Government to bear arms.

Amendment III

We reserve the right to quarter a soldier in any house at any time, without the consent of the Owner to keep an eye on anyone that we feel might believe differently than the government tells them to.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, is nonexistent. We have to know what you are doing at all times and make certain it is for the good of the Fatherland. We can search and seize anything at any time because everything belongs to the state.

Amendment V

Any person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, regardless of a indictment of a Grand Jury, including in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; any person shall be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb if we deem that he must be in order to serve the public good; and one can and will be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, and deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; and private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial (and we mean REALLY speedy trial because the slower the trial moves the less chance we have of railroading him through the system), by a partial jury of State loyalists which shall have all been previously affirmed by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation and to find the defendant guilty unless said defendant is of a "chosen" or "special" class at which time he will be completely acquitted. There will be no right to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense because the outcome is prearranged so why bother?

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, even where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by independent jury shall be denied, and tried again and again by a jury of State loyalists until the outcome we desire is achieved and shall be reexamined in any Court of the United States as needed to prove us correct.
