Mr. Michael Pelletier was harassed by cops after and "anonymous" person complained about him openly carrying a firearm which he was legally permitted for. Note that Mr. Pelletier was NOT causing any problems except that he was scaring some liberal, un-American, red diaper wearing cry baby that has probably never even read the Constitution. As it stands however, because there is an internal investigation, apparently the name of the liberal that caused Mr. Pelletier to be harassed cannot be currently released because of the rules of such investigations.

This is what we have come to. We have come to a point where the the vast majority of the populace don't understand what it means to be an American. They think that their "rights" are to not to be exposed to anything that they find objectionable (such as firearms).

The "anonymous" tipper should be charged with the cost of the officer's salaries as well as forced to pay restitution for filing a frivolous police report and also for causing the defamation of Mr. Pelletier. The officers that harassed him should have their badges revoked and their rights to pensions terminated and forced to find other work.

We cannot overlook these instances nor should they not go unpunished.
