Gaining Ground for Christian Rights

World Net Daily reports that Palm Beach has lost it's battle to keep Christian religious symbols such as nativity scenes out of public view while allowing other religion's symbols such as menorahs. Personally, this decision doesn't go far enough as reported. $1 in damages to each plaintiff and a "promise" to put into place procedures to review applications for such displays? Come on.
In a clear case of the Courts going soft on Constitutional Rights violators the decision should have been much more harsh. The decision should have included larger fines and even jail time for those at fault in a case so clearly illegal under the laws of our Constitution that it should have made the heads of any American spin.
We'll see what Palm Beach does. But don't expect the anti-Christians to change their tune just because a court tells them to. If they have no respect for the Constitution what makes you think they will have respect for the ruling of a court established by said Constitution.
So remain vigilant. The opposition may cave on this one just to survive, but they will be back. Evil always comes back.
