When a Democrat dies, the socialists scream from the pulpit about how evil the Republicans and the fraction of them that are true conservatives are. They whine about how it is time to take back this country and how they must be strong in the face of "oppression". Anyone other than me remember the Paul Wellstone "Memorial"?

When a Republican dies, the day is filled with mourning and somber revelations about the man's life and his vision. It is a week of anonymous people shouting to the widow about how much they love her and what her and her husband did for this country. It is a day where Americans come together.
