Kerry says that President Bush has not "fully funded" the VA and that is why, according to Kerry, that healthcare quality is poor under government programs. Question for Senator Kerry...WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO GET MORE MONEY?
The magical government money tree? Raising taxes on the "rich"? Taking money away from our military? Or spend us into a BIGGER deficit?
