ANDREA PEYSER writes of a phenomenon where cab drivers are now getting fined when their customers don't like what they have to say over President Bush and the War in Iraq.

The plaintiff in one case (OH SO BRAVE that she can only be identified by initials) complained according to Peyser that:

"It escalated to her [Chaikin] attacking me and my character because I'm a musician."

and also:

insists Chaikin accused her of doing drugs and having sex at anti-war rallies.

Note that there was NO crime committed here and the cab driver denied any such wrong doing. However a judge denied the cab driver's appeal calling the whiney leftist "credible".

Hey that is great! I have NO evidence of a "crime" but yet now I can get someone in trouble because I don't like just by saying something happened...only in New York City. But then again, does anyone doubt that the city will vote heavily for Fuhrer Kerry?

You can almost hear the goose steps and the chants of SIEG HEIL!
