Looking at Pennsylvania's vote totals you will see that Kerry won by less than the number of votes he is claiming to be able to overcome in Ohio. Kerry won Pennsylvania by a mere 121,818 votes while losing Ohio by 136,221 votes.
I wonder if Kerry thinks that we should take those 21 Electoral Votes away from him and call that state "too close to call" as well.
