Walter Thompson who is a famous and outspoken evader of the Federal Income Tax was found guilty on Friday of failing to withhold taxes. With all the controversy sounding the 16th Amendment and its legality and whether or not it was ever correctly ratified please be aware that the government still has the bigger guns and is not afraid to use them.

National Federal taxation is here to stay in America and everyone should contribute to the running of the government. But it is my opinion that the Income Tax has run the course of it's usefulness if it was ever useful to begin with.

Ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1895 the Income Tax was dead until Congress Amended the Constitution to suit it's own spending needs. And it has been down hill ever since.
