Sometimes it seems that we hear nothing but how judges over step their powers and make laws and even at times over turn the Constitution. But it is also important to report on the good things that are done and correct decisions that are being made. Because if we do not, then we miss out on the other part of the story.

'Philly 5' win 1 in court

The condensed version of the story goes, a group of Christians are preaching God's word and participating in their 1st Amendment rights while peaceably assembled (another right). They are then confronted by a militant wing of the homosexual community called the Pink Angels. The Pink Angels became belligerent. Then it was the Christians that were arrested and hauled off to spend a night in jail.

Well, now a judge has reviewed the video tape of the incident and according to WorldNet Daily Common Pleas Judge Pamela Dembe stated that "she could not see any criminal activity being committed." (WNDs words, not her's)

This is an important first step in upholding several parts to our Constitution that include Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion and Freedom to peaceably assemble despite years of the left wing in America trying so very hard to silence those that disagree with them via the courts. If the judge's assessment of the video holds up, it will be a devastating blow to the cultural Marxists of the left wing.

I would like to see Feinstein and Schumer retire from politics. They haven't done anything good for this country as far as I am concerned. They are part of the American Communist movement disguised as "democrats."

Also, there is no exceptions in the 2nd amendment for assault weapons! So, as far as I am concerned, this AWB IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL ANYWAY!
Even the words "assault weapons" is classic propaganda. Anything used to hurt someone else could be labeled an assault weapon - even your hand! I PERSONALLY THINK THE MOUTHS OF FEINSTEIN AND SCHUMER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ASSAULT WEAPONS TO BE BANNED FOR THEIR LIES AND DISINFORMATION.

The other thing that ticks me off is the misrepresentation of what our founding fathers said about 2nd amendment. TRY SOME OF THESE QUOTES ON FOR SIZE:

Hey, I believe their is a website called www.gunowners.(com or org) that is supposively better than the NRA now. It is called the Gunowners of America in case this website address is not totally correct!


The socialist gun grabbers are back at it again. They are on TV putting word in the mouths of our founding father and trying to change the meaning of the Constitution! THEY WANT TO RENEW THE ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN! THEY WOULD LIKE TO BAN MORE GUNS, TOO. AND THE TALK ABOUT HOW REGISTRATION IS GOOD. Socialist just don't give up! They want it all, our freedoms that is! And why is it almost always a women who is lying about this subject! Are they just stupid or what?
