Evolutionists are a nasty bunch. They believe that life sprang from the "soup" from non-life and that that everything since is a result of mutation and adaptation. They have, of course, yet to reproduce such a phenomena and thus moan and wail as evolution remains but a "theory". But when a Creationist comes along and says that God created life from non-life and that everything is a result of his hand they go bonkers!

Richard Sternberg is the latest person to be assaulted by the Evo's. And the what's worse is he isn't even a "Creationist" but merely:

"a believer with a lot of questions, about everything. I'm in the postmodern predicament."

So what did Mr. Sternberg dare to do? Why nothing more than allow an article discussing intelligent design to be published in the Proceedings of the Biological Society of Washington for which he is the managing editor. And what did the Evo's do? Rather than accept it as another "theory" they tried to shut him up.

He's locked out of his office at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History in Washington. Remember this is a government run organization authorized by Congressional funding. But that did not stop the left wingers that often call for "separation of church and state" from ignoring that call in this case as chairman of the Zoology Department, Jonathan Coddington began asking quite revealing questions which shed light on his political affiliation. Questions such as

"he asked whether Sternberg was a religious fundamentalist"

if Sternberg was affiliated with or belonged to any religious organization.

and

"Is he a right-winger? What is his political affiliation?"

Gee, so much for left wing tolerance.

But what really takes the cake is this observation by David Klinghoffer, of the Jewish Forward as reported by WorldNet Daily:

Klinghoffer points out the circularity of the arguments of critics who insisted intelligent design was unscientific because if had not been put forward in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.

"Now that it has," he wrote, "they argue that it shouldn't have been because it's unscientific."

Yep, just like a lefty. Change the rules and don't talk about the issue.
