Anti-Bush Bracelets Say, 'Count Me Blue'

Those on the left often claim that the vitriol they spout and shame they feel at being from the states is not "Un-American" but rather patriotic protest. But in reality, it is nothing more than showing of their true colors and those true colors are not red, white and blue. Red with a yellow sickle and hammer or baby blue with a white globe or even French blue, white and red perhaps, but not red, white and blue.

After spending 10 days in London with friends who were outspoken about their disdain for President Bush's policies, Berns Rothchild came home wishing she had a way to show the world she didn't vote for him.

"I sort of felt ashamed, and didn't really want to be associated with being an American," said Rothchild, who lives in New York City and voted for John Kerry

There is nothing MORE un-American or anti-American than not "really want to be associated with being an American". What country would Ms. Rothchild prefer to be associated with? France or Russia who are in the UN Oil for Food scandal so deep they can barely breathe? Perhaps she prefers one of the communist paradises of Cuba or China?

No, it is doubtful. But to even say that you are ashamed to be associated with Americans or be recognized as being from here is the height of unpatriotic activity.

Ms. Rothchild is upset. She is upset that her boy lost. Not only that but the Republicans increased their numbers in the House and Senate. She is upset that the American people are rejecting Socialism slowly but surely. No, Ms. Rothschild is not upset about being from America. She is upset that those darn "hicks" in red state America who aren't as smart as her drowned her voice out by voting for George W. Bush despite all the lies and distortions the DNC and their surrogates threw at him.

Yeah it sucks! But really, can't you just "move on"?
