With another victory over the Democrats in 2004 as President Bush was sworn in for a second term, the Conservative wing of the Republican party is drawing a line in the sand to challenge the moderates and liberals that call the GOP home. Senators Jim Holt and Denny Altes have sponsored a common sense bill in Arkansas that prevents ILLEGAL aliens from leaching of the work of industrious Americans.

Of course they are being opposed by fellow member of the GOP Gov. Mike Huckabee who calls the bill "inflammatory ... race-baiting and demagoguery."

Yes, it is real inflammatory to properly define and treat those that are BREAKING THE LAW!

This confrontation lays the ground work now for a civil war within the GOP as the conservatives start to actually push their agenda focusing on protecting America and American taxpayers from becoming enslaved to law breaking ILLEGAL immigrants (otherwise known as CRIMINALS).

Get that through your head you moderates that still don't get it. They are ILLEGAL. They are NOT immigrants. They are criminals.

The civil war for the soul of the party is starting. DO not retreat and do not surrender conservatives. You are right. And you will win if you stand firm.

Not to be out done Hector Flores, President of the League of United Latin American Citizens said "We're always going to be opposed to any legislation that unfairly targets immigrants". Ok, note to Mr. Flores who needs to get a clue. This does not target immigrants. It targets criminals. Note that there is a difference.
