Well, it's been "unofficial" for years, but now the title can officially be given to the Democratic Party as they have decided to let Howard "the Scream" Dean lead them. Yep, the same Mr. Dean that said that he "hates" Republicans and everything they stand for.
Well, at least the Democrats are finally getting enough balls to be honest about who they are and what they believe.
