Dean Tries to Paint Republicans As Commies?

Howard Dean is a lunatic. But I am sure that most of you reading this already knew that because for the most part you are intelligent people. Howard Dean has a problem with opening his mouth and just spitting out any words that he thinks will garner him support. Maybe he didn't learn about how that is a bad thing. Perhaps he should call Senator John Kerry and ask him about making flippant and unfounded remarks and where that got him?

Howard Dean's latest comments were directed at Senator Rick Santorum of PA. Dean said of the Senator after saying that he spent most of his time in Virginia and not PA that he was:
"too much of a right-winger for Virginia. How about Venezuela?" Philadephia Inquirer
Say what?

This man continues to lose it. Now he is back onto the old talking points of communists and socialists REALLY being "right-wingers" by saying that Santorum would be a good fit for the budding communist government there?

Give me a break Howard. Listen, I know you lefties REALLY want people to believe that Stalin, Hilter, Mao, and communists and socialists in general are right wing but get real! Do you think the American people are that stupid? Ok, let me rephrase that...do you think that the majority of American people are that stupid? I mean, after all you have kooks at places like Democratic Underground and the "Deaniacs" out there who really are that stupid and believe that tripe.

Let's review shall we?

Conservatives and libertarians = limited AND constitutional government
Socialists and Communists = oppressive AND controlling government

I know, I know you keep trying to trot out the "moderate" Republicans who think that a little bit of socialism is ok and sign on to things like Campaign Finance Reform and Prescription Drug Coverage to try and say that "conservatives" just want to control the people as well. But sadly it just isn't true. Conservatism is about limited government designed to protect your rights. And socialist-lites are NOT "conservatives". So stop with the Conservatives are "NAZIs" or "Commies" rhetoric.

It just doesn't fly.

Dean further went on to talk more double speak saying:
"We are not the pro-abortion party,"
then turning around saying:
"abortion should be safe, legal and rare."
Well which is Howard? Are you not in favor of abortion or are you in favor of abortion? Make up your damn mind!

Someone get me a roll of Glenn Beck's special duct tape before my head explodes!

Incompetent At Best!

On Tuesday, the investigation into the Oil for Food Scandal continued with investigators concluding that there was insufficient evidence that Kofi Annan interfered with the awarding of contracts to a company that employed his son Kojo (Arizona Daily Sun). Mr. Annan used the report to further bolster his claims that he is still fit to lead the UN answering questions about his possible resignation with a "Hell no."

However Reid Morden formerly of the anadian Security and Intelligence Service who was a member of the investigation said "[Kofi Annan] did not act robustly enough and adequately to bring to light all the things which might bear on at least an apparent conflict" (CBC News)

Other members of the panel also expressed that this report was not a vindication of Kofi Annan and his failure to deal with potential conflicts of interest and then conducting a brief one day investigation into the affair.

What this shows is that Kofi Annan is incompetent at best! And that is not something to be proud of Mr. Annan. It is also important to note that many documents that could have been used to delve deeper into this situation were destroyed. The report accused Annan's former chief of staff, Iqbal Riza, of allowing files to be shreded the day after the day after the U.N. Security Council begrudgingly authorized the Volcker investigation. Incompetence at best I say again!

The report found that Kojo Annan "intentionally deceived" his father (Kofi Annan) and that "serious questions" remained about Kojo's financial involvement with the scandal.

Hey, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you if you believe that Kojo "intentionally deceived" his father about his role with Cotecna (the company at the heart of the scandal). You mean to tell me that Kofi didn't know what his son was doing and who he was working for?

I say again, incompetence at best! I still err on the side of saying that there is much more corruption here than anyone, even the United States, wants to admit to in order to save the failing United Nations.


Tell the United Nations what you think about them!

First Gore, Now Hillary?

Back in the 80's it was Al and Tipper Gore that struck out to be the moral police as they attacked rock music. Now, following in that typical, big government, socialist mind set, Senatorette Hillary Clinton takes aim at the free markets, capitalism and seeks to expand the powers of Congress perhaps by regulating video games.

The source of her rage? Grand Theft Auto which she says "encourages [kids] to have sex with prostitutes and then murder them. This is a silent epidemic of media desensitisation that teaches kids [that] it's OK to diss people because they are a woman, they're a different color or they're from a different place"

Can you hear the goose steps yet?

That's right, Hillary Clinton wants to investigate the issue and then take over the parental role of your children. I thought that is what we had actual parents for? Yeah, but you know how much of a hassle it can be to actually raise your own kids. Much easier to just let the government do it right Hillary? I mean we already pack them up and ship them off to government funded day care right?

Listen, I don't like Grand Theft Auto although my wife does enjoy the game. But where in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution does it say Congress should investigate video games and their impact on our children? Again, shouldn't that be a role of the actual parents?

What is worse is that Senator Rick Santorum (R, PA) who is generally quite conservative is with the Senatorette on this one. Too bad. Notch him up in the column of Conservative Republicans that like a little bit of Socialism.

What is even more ridiculous is that you have pundits out there talking about how such action is a move away from liberalism for Senatorette Clinton and a move towards a more moderate stance. Give me a break. Liberals in America are all for large and unconstitutional government. And that is exactly what Clinton is after here. She wants to expand the powers of Congress, come into your private life, babysit your children for you and use tax payer dollars to do it. If that is a move to the right then Michael Moore is a size 30 waist!

Showdown at the Mexican Border?

The Washington Times is reporting that members of Mara Salvatrucha (a violent Central American Gang) are set to clash with protestors at the U.S./Mexican border in Arizona. James Gilchrist, an organizer of the protest against Mexico's support for illegal immigration claimed to have been told this.

Mr. Gilchrist also confirmed that the "minutemen" who will be patrolling the border may indeed be armed. While not with rifles, he did say that those with permits may indeed be carrying pistols to defend themselves against such attacks. This sets up a potential showdown between the protestors and the members of Mara Salvatrucha (aka MS-13) if they choose to make good on their threats. It also would put U.S. border agents that have shown a lack of ability to handle the illegal immigration problem over the years in the middle of any potential conflict.

The question is will MS-13 have the courage to show up? Gangs are notoriously cowardly when faced down by superior forces and many of Mr. Gilchrist's protestors are highly trained, former military. Gang members often talk a good fight, but when the law rolls down the streets they scatter like mice.

I think that MS-13 knows what a violent show down means and that they would be incredibly stupid to even go that far. A showdown and possibly a dead American or two would destroy any future hopes for their enterprise which is trafficking in illegal aliens. Remember 9/11? We aren't taking crap from no foreign terrorists anymore. And that is exactly what they are; terrorists.

Americans United to Protect Social Security should just change their names to Socialists United to Protect Socialism. After all, that is what they are and what they are doing.

The Washington Post (free insider subscription required) is reporting that Arkansas Democrat Senator Blanche Lincoln spoke on behalf of the group saying:
"Encouraging people to divert some of their current payroll deductions and put them into private accounts, in my opinion, is going to be devastating,"
She should have added "devastating to socialism which I LOVE!"

Heaven forbid that Americans rich and poor actually be given the ability to pass along their hard earned money to their children right? Heaven forbid that minorities which Democratic programs have trapped in a cycle of poverty be allowed to climb the ladder more easily right?

I'm still waiting for our someone to point out where in the Constitution the power is granted to Congress to redistribute wealth from one person to another under the name "Social Security". Any one want to take a stab at it? Anyone from Socialists United to Protect Socialism out there?

Those That Fail To Learn From History

WorldNet Daily is reporting that Mike Allen's (The Washington Post) report on an alleged GOP memo concerning the Schiavo case may not be all it is cracked up to be. The attempt by Mike Allen was of course to show that Republicans were politicizing the Schiavo case.

Heck, even I believe that, but I don't run around citing memos that cannot be produced. What's that you say? Cannot be produced? Accuracy in Media is reporting that not even the Washington Post can explain where the memo is. Instead Robert Kaiser is reported as saying:
"Good question. ... Mike is not here now so I can't confirm my hunch that his sources read him the memo but didn't give him a copy. That happens quite often these days."

Riiiiiiiiight. Why do I smell another "Memogate" on this one? Maybe the mystery memo will turn up, but I'm not really holding my breath.

Hysteria! Get The Fainting Couch!

Yep, I’m talking about Terri Schiavo again even though I promised you that I wouldn’t after my editorial on March 20th. Sue me. I’ve decided to break my promise because of the hysterical emails I have been receiving including the down right nastiness and disingenuousness of those that claim to be conservative or libertarian and are resorting to painting everyone that disagrees with them as a liberal, uncaring or simply uninformed. That includes Quinn, Limbaugh, Hannity and Beck by the way.

I hate to break it to all of you but you know better than that.

I guess it was an expected reaction considering that poll after poll with the question worded in many different ways shows some common themes. Now you know I hate polls because they are notoriously inaccurate but when you see poll after poll with 60-75% of those polled agreeing in such a lopsided manner even I have to stand up and take notice. From disgust over Congressional intervention to agreement that people wouldn’t want to live in the way that Terri is currently the answers are stunningly the same.

If normally reasonable right wingers admit that the polls are true then they have to admit that maybe, just maybe it really was Terri’s wish to not be kept alive this way as well. They are forced to admit that it is not a fringe loon position but a majority opinion. But they don’t want to do that because it hurts their position and because it is easier to say that everyone that disagrees with them are whacked out liberals.

Our national talk show hosts have thus turned to simply justifying these opinions about Terri as “uninformed”. Which I myself find laughable considering that I have been following Terri’s case since before most of them even knew who she was. And let’s not forget, I used to be on the side of keeping her alive against the law.

When I talk to true liberals they refer to Terri in a coma and on various forms of life support that she is not. However when I talk to conservatives I find that they are very much aware of the actual facts of the case even admitting that they have gotten much of their information from the same national talk show hosts that claim that these people are uninformed. If that is true then by correlation it is those conservative talk show hosts that are misinforming the people!

And even after listening to these national hosts conservatives are STILL saying that they would not want to live like Terri and that they disagree with Federal intervention.

Chalk that under things that make you go Hmmmmm.

But let’s make things perfectly clear. I do not want Terri to be “murdered” as many of you have claimed. Yes, I know that many of you that have written to me have claimed otherwise but you are simply ignoring what I said to attempt to make yourself appear right. It is very liberal-esque. I simply want Terri’s wishes and the wishes of her husband (legal under currently law) to be carried out. Did I mention that his wishes are legal?

My problem with this case currently is that Congress does not have the right to violate Article I, Section 8 and stick their nose in because due process rights under the 5th Amendment has been protected by dragging this case through the courts for 15 some odd years. Believe me, due process has been served! But do not think that I do not agree that there have been other options that could be taken to protect Terri IF there were real reason to suspect Michael in some sort of crime.

And those unproven suspicions of Michael which are being bandied about after 15 years are really the only leg conservatives that poo poo opinions other that theirs have clung to like a liberal to a welfare check.

Ok, let’s say that Michael abused his wife. Just for the sake of argument. Heck, even I believe that it is possible.

If there were evidence of such I am sure that Florida has a Department of something or other under the control of the executive branch that Governor Jeb Bush could use to intervene. States remove children, disabled persons and other vulnerable people from abusive households all the time. But it hasn’t been used. Why? Is there no case for it? Were all these claims of abuse found to be fraudulent and not credible? Heck we break down doors and rescue children from parents that abuse them every day in this country and in Florida. So I have to look at the case that there is actual evidence of Michael causing harm to his wife a little bit skeptically.

Gasp! I disagree with you. In the immortal words of The Eagles “get over it!”

With regards to the ordered immediate destruction of Terri’s body by cremation since there is no statute of limitations (that I am aware of anyway) on murder cannot the DA file charges against Michael Schiavo immediately upon her death and have the crime scene sealed and prevent the destruction of evidence? Sure they could; if there were valid claims that is. If Terri’s death even 15 years later is suspected to have resulted from actions of Michael Schiavo then Michael is guilty of murder and that is a completely new case beyond what were or what were not Terri’s last wishes. Why hasn’t the DA and the police stepped in? No evidence beyond accusations perhaps?

The point is that there are so many legal avenues that could be taken, and some have even attempted to have been taken. But here we sit after 15 years; after Congress intervened; after the President intervened; after a NEW Federal judge in Florida intervened; after the Circuit Court of Appeals intervened and we still have one side calling anyone that disagrees with them liberals, and worse.

And as court after court refuses to overturn Judge Greer (perhaps because the facts are correct already and the law is followed) the cries become louder and loud to “save” Terri.

Even the Supreme Court of the United States has refused to review parts of this case in the past and is now going to have it thrown in front of them again by hysterical right wingers that, after they got what they wanted from Congress are STILL shocked that they have not gotten their way. They can’t believe it! They were certain that after Congress and the President violated the Constitution that the federal courts would certainly agree with them. They were certain that something nefarious was going on down in Florida. They were certain! CERTAIN DARN IT!

And now they are sitting around stunned that even the courts that they felt so certainly would agree with them are refusing to overturn the original opinion on this case that came out of Florida. If it were not so serious it would be laughable. If it were left wingers doing these things these same right wingers would be calling for an end to it.

But as time slips away and options fall by the wayside I swear I can hear conservatives fainting as the vapors overcome them. Someone get the fainting couch. There is going to be a lot more of it going on over the next couple days.

God Bless Terri. And it is time to let her go.

Gay Marriage Bans Still Moving Forward

Despite liberal temper tantrums, activist judiciaries and other such anomalies, States are moving ahead with Constitutional Amendments and laws to prevent Homosexuals from forming a union known as marriage and destroying the meaning of the word.

In 2006 Tennessee will hold a public vote on just such an amendment.

I think I will go out on a limb here and say that if properly worded it will pass easily although I STILL think that public referendums on such topics are cop outs by lawmakers unwilling to do their job and represent their constituents.

If these measures continue to come up for votes and pass it continues to show that Americans have had enough of the Marxists and their attacks on traditional values. But don't think that the left wingers will stop just because the people speak. They haven't in the past and wont in the future.

Congress is hard at work securing more work for themselves beyond what the Constitution dictates and ignoring more important issues as they begin to meddle with MLB and steroid use.

Time to remind everyone of the role of Congress:
Article I, Section. 8.

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marquee and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

I do not see anything in there about MLB and steroids do you? Of course not! Because the Liberals and the Moderates in Congress are more worried about looking busy, grandstanding, and increasing government power than they are about actually doing their job.

Business will do, what business does best and that is self regulate itself. If the players and owners and MLB as a whole committed a crime charge them with it in the courts and deal with it properly. Don't use this as an excuse to bloviate before the American people and perhaps get more Federal money for more unconstitutional programs such as teaching kids about the dangers of steroid use.

With issues like illegal aliens flooding over our borders, Social Security on the verge of collapse and tin horned despots threatening us with nuclear weapons there are PLENTY of constitutional things you should be taking care of! So DO THEM! And stop talking to hear yourself talk!

At least to left wing Marxists in government who, when they don't have their way of ignoring the Constitution stomp their feet, suck their thumbs and resort to calling anyone that actually believes in the Constitution any name they can think of from NAZI to "Hitler".

Harry Reid, Senate Minority Leader and Marxist from Nevada who fancies himself a "Democrat" threatened to shut down the government IF (Heaven forbid) the Senate were required to adhere to the Constitution even in the face of unconstitutional Senate rules!
"we will be reluctant to enter into any consent agreement that facilitates Senate activities, even on routine matters"
Yep, that's right boys and girls, Democrats (excluding several that have stated that they are reluctant to go along with Mr. Reid's extreme plans) are having another temper tantrum. Then they turn around and accuse the Republican party filled with Moderates from stem to stern as beng the one's that are going to shut down government by forcing the Constitution to be upheld. Black is White and white is black.

Isn't it fun to watch? Here we have a party that is self destructing before our very eyes and the leaders such as Mr. Reid and Howard Dean are determined to go down with a sinking ship in typical left wing denial! Even as the water is up to their knees they are still looking around at others abandoning ship and saying "Water? Where? We ARE NOT SINKING!"

I guess the real question is going to be will there even be a Democratic Party nomination for Senatorette Clinton to run for in 2008?

Parsing America Hating Marxist BS

I am sorry, but as I was reading this article: WashPost editor's candid China interview on WorldNetDaily, the intellectual backflips of Philip Bennett the Washington Post's managing editor made even my head spin.

So let's make the impossible to understand Marxist BS that came from his mouth understandable.

First he starts off with this long and rambling diatribe
"What is happening now is very difficult to understand. The world is very complex. There are various complex forces occurring in it. I don't think you can imagine a world where one country or one group of people could lead everybody else. I can't imagine that could happen. I also think it is unhealthy to have one country as the leader of the world. People in other countries don't want to be led by foreign countries. They may want to have good relations with it or they may want to share with what is good in that country."

Translation: "The world is too difficult for you common folk to understand. We will tell you what to think. There are FAR too many things going on out there for you to keep track of. Since I cannot imagine the U.S. leading the world and don't think they should even if I could imagine it, which I can't because I don't want to think about it, it wouldn't be healthy because dictators, tyrants and my fellow travelers wouldn't have a strong enough voice. Besides, people living in communist and socialist uptopias where there are rivers of chocolate and gumdrop trees don't want to live in freedom or experience liberty because they have it all; a roof over their head, a loaf of stale bread each night for dinner, rape rooms, torture chambers, etc. They may want to try and be friendly with us, but only so that they can get foreign aid which the United States is obligated to give because we stole their oil after all."

Let's look at this statement
We don't have any political point of view that we are trying to advance. We don't represent any political parties. We are not tied to any political movement. On the news side of the paper we try not to give opinions.
Oh really?

Let's look at some other comments shall we?

"I don't think U.S. should be the leader of the world."
Boy, that sure sounds like an opinion to me!

How about
Bush says democracy is advancing in Iraq, but our correspondents say the situation there is much more complex than that.
Hmmm sounds like another opinion again. Didn't Iraq just hold "democratic" elections? Oh that's right, to the Marxists they weren't real "democratic" elections because Saddam Hussein didn't win!

And then he said
We do that by having independent reporting about events, by telling our readers what the actual situation is, with as much independence, fairness and accuracy as we can.

Ok, let's go and see how many stories the Washington Post has run on suicide bombings and terrorists killing civilians compared to schools opening, roads being built, etc. I read the Washington Post each day and I can tell you this, I see far MORE stories about suicide bombers in Iraq than I do about oil fields being built, infrastructure being reworked, and so on. So PLEASE stop preaching Mr. Bennet.

And of course Mr. Bennet had to take this dig
The government of the U.S. is becoming much more secretive, much more hostile to the press in terms of giving us access to the information. So a lot of what we do here is to fight for access to the information that we think the public should have.

I'll translate: "The government is cracking down on State Department officials leaking sensitive and CLASSIFIED documents and information which we want but cannot get. They are also encouraging Evil Conservative Bloggers to throw dirt at us to make us look bad! WE KNOW THEY HAVE THE REAL TEXAS AIR NATIONAL GUARD DOCUMENTS THAT PROVE BUSH WAS AWOL! WE DEMAND THEM NOW TO VINDICATE DAN RATHER! RAAAAAAAAARRRRRRR!"

Dear Lord. It's enough to make your brain pop if you aren't sane. The "mainstream" media as they like to call themselves continues to lose it. And Mr. Bennett is the latest closet America-hating Marxist to become infected with "You mean we actually lost to that idiot George Bush twice"itis.

What have I said for years? I've warned you that Marxists never stop. If you give them an inch they won't stop until they take the whole mile. Now the latest step in driving America even further to the left is to attack and destroy the secular symbol of Easter; the Easter Bunny.

Rooted in the pagan tradition of Spring Festivals, Christians adopted the ideas mixed them with their religious observances but largely kept the Easter Bunny a secular symbol. For example, the only thing that even relates the Easter Bunny to Christianity is that it is called the "Easter" Bunny. Peter Cottontail doesn't wear a large cross around his neck or quote scripture. He simply brings baskets of Easter candy and hides eggs for children to find.

But that is not good enough. Merely calling old Pete the "Easter" Bunny is offensive to Marxists and their communist brethren because it relates to a religion; something that cannot be allowed to exist if the state is to exert supreme control and dictate your rights.

You thought that secular symbols were safe? Guess again. The crusade by the left wing against overt religion is only the first step. Then they will step in and do away with anything that even remotely smells of religion. Then finally they will do away with anything else that they just don't like, because ... well ... they just don't like it.

And once they remove God from the public life of every God fearing Christian, Muslim, Jew and so on they will be able to take that final step because your rights and privileges will flow solely from them and no other source.

Left Wingers sure do love to cite "world opinion" especially when they need to justify a ruling in a Supreme Court decision. Heck, they will even go as far as citing unratified treaties! So what about this?

U.N. Backs Human Cloning Ban

Hmmmm? What do you think? Think the Marxist American left will now throw up their hands on the debate over cloning of human embryos to harvest for stem cells? Think they'll say "Oh well! World opinion is against us! Time to move on!"

Don't hold your breath!

The non-binding (as all U.N. resolutions should be) passed 84 - 34 with 37 members abstaining. Note that even if the 37 that abstained had voted nay it would have still passed!

But that wont stop the liberals here an abroad that want to grow children for the purposes of harvesting their stem cells even though adult stem cells are the way to go. But hey, when you see every new life as a potential problem and another mouth to feed rather than a potential Einstein then you don't really have any other choice.

It never ceases to amaze me how one’s ideology can be so inconsistent yet so widely accepted by their followers. I suppose that when one is as skilled at talking out both sides of their mouths as most “liberals” are that it shouldn’t surprise me that there is a sizable portion of sheep that will simply look at the sound bites that suit their beliefs and ignore the rest in their quest for power. I suppose that when your “hate” (as Howard Dean put it) for the opposition and everything they stand for it doesn’t take a whole lot beyond that “hate” to get you to vote for or support ideological inconsistency.

I wonder if left wing politicians are required to take a course at Liberal University called “Double Speak 101”?

The reason I ponder these things is because I am waiting for the feminist rage over comments by Sentorette Hillary Clinton who said “the presence of women raises the standards of ethical behavior and lowers corruption” laying the ground work for her future political aspirations. However, by doing this the Senatorette claimed to that a core belief of part of her feminist belief is, in fact wrong. She claimed that men and women are different!

If she didn’t believe that men and women were in fact different there is no way that she could even claim that women are less corruptible.

Yet there is silence from the “feminists”. There is no outrage because the Senatorette is promoting a feminine superiority belief. Screw men and women being equal! Now imagine a man saying “the presence of men raises the standards of ethical behavior and lowers corruption”.

You wouldn’t even be able to get a word in before torches were lit, pitchforks were sharpened and cries for blood went out from the “feminist” camp!

But I suppose these are the kinds of political contradictions that occur when you are more interested in being politically expedient rather than being truthful. Like Senatorette Clinton the feminists are more interested in power than anything else.

Promoting a feminine superiority in certain areas is ok. Supporting a masculine superiority in others is not. Basically what this means is that men and women are equal in all areas EXCEPT when women are superior. Now you understand the “feminist” position on women in society.

If you even whisper that men might be better for some things than women your head would be on a pike out front of NOWs national headquarters as a warning to all other intelligent people that using intelligence and common sense will NOT be tolerated. “SIEG HEIL!”

And this, my friends is the true purpose of the feminist movement. It is not, as we are told, to promote the “equality” of men and women but rather the “superiority” of women over men. Watch what they say and do. But equally important you must watch what they do not say and the they do not do. And when you do that you will see that it is the “feminist” movement that is composed of the real sexists and not us in the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.

We conservative right wingers know that men and women are different. And we thank God for that! But we also know that being different does not make you less equal before society, the law, and most importantly God.

Now men, grab that liberal feminist next you to breaking down in tears after realizing this and tell her “it’s ok.” Just don’t get your hand closer to her breast than any man would ever want to because you’ll hear her scream “sexual harassment!”

Question to Ms. Clinton, Aren't men and women equal? If so, how can the presence of women lead to less corruption?

If men and women are equal then they should be equally corrupt. How long until the feminists jump on Hillary for admitting that men and women are in fact different? Don't hold your breath.

Ok, so Teresa Heinz (and when it is convenient for John, Teresa Heinz-Kerry) never really went away nor did she shut up. After all, it isn’t in her nature. She’s a left winger after all. They like to speak. Even if they know not of what they speak.

Joel Connelly of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, here on out to be referred to as “left wing lackey” Joel Connelly, reports on some of her more recent idiocy. Why does Mr. Connelly get the new title of left wing lackey? Because if you read his latest article you see him attacking the journalist who Ms. Heinz told to “shove it” after asking a legitimate question as being “nasty” and further labels the owner of the Tribune-Review as a “right-wing mogul”.

Hey Joel, news flash for you. The question was legitimate and last time I looked the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review wasn‘'t hiring people the likes of Jason Blair or Dan Rather. I know you didn’'t like the situation because Teresa was caught on tape taking unsubstantiated shots at the other side and then got upset when questioned calmly about it by a reporter, but hey grow up. So you now get the title of "“left wing lackey”". And unlike you, I am proud to be labeled as “right wing” so try to come up with another put down will you? And don’t try those NAZI or Hitler references either. They are getting old as well.

But back to Ms. Heinz.

Like a good little Marxist she thinks that she is the center of the universe and that anyone that dares to contradict her should not be allowed to speak. Regarding the Catholic Church she said: “"You cannot have bishops in the pulpit - long before or the Sunday before the election - as they did in Catholic churches, saying it was a mortal sin to vote for John Kerry.”"

Gee, you know I am not a huge fan of organized religion being smart enough to read and understand the Bible for myself without being told what to think, but did I miss something here? It is still the "“Catholic church”" and not the "“Teresa Heinz Church"” right? So what do you think, Ms. Heinz, gives you the right to tell the church that you chose to belong to and claim to believe in the teachings of, what to teach?

That’'s quite an inflated ego you have there. But then again we already knew about that ego and the real nastiness that results when you get caught displaying that ego don‘t we?

Further she opined, “The church has a right and obligation to teach values,” but also “They don’t have a right to restrict freedom of expression, which they did.”

This is typical Marxists double speak. She says that the church has the right to teach values of which respecting life would be one and then in the same breath claims that their right to do this some how restricted freedom of expression? What? The Catholic church was standing outside its doors with guns threatening to shoot anyone that disagreed with the church? I missed that story!

Exactly how did the church restrict freedom Ms. Heinz? Oh, that’s right, they said you and your husband were wrong! How dare they! After all, you are all powerful and omnipotent right? Gee, maybe since you are omnipotent they should open a church for people to worship you then!

Hmmmm. But that would seem to contradict that commandment from God that says something about having no other god before Him eh? Not much of a “practicing” Catholic are you?

Hey Teresa, you and Johnie-boy lost in 2004 and you’ll lose in 2008 too if he decides to run. Just keep opening your mouth and you will keep sealing your fate as being a historically irrelevant and bitter woman that lived off of your late husband’s wealth and hard work.

My Sentiments Are NOT To Be Regulated!

I promised on Friday that I would give a little more in depth explanation of my outrage over the idiocy concerning Blogs, the internet and fiasco that is Campaign Finance Reform.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly (what is it with these people with 3 names anyway?) has once again shown us how judges "think". I say "think" in quotes, because I mean that sarcastically. I really don't think that they "think" much at all; at least some don't. It is clear when you read opinions by Thomas and Scalia that they have a fine grasp of not only the English language, but also the Constitution and law in general. Then along comes Ms. Kollar-Kotelly.

First of all, remember that Campaign Finance Reform as Senator McCain help to pass is unconstitutional. And I quote "Congress shall make no law .. abridging the freedom of speech". Gee. Pretty cut and dry there eh? Ever read the FREAKING Constitution Mr. McCain? So what part of "shall make no law" didn't you understand? Was it the "no" part?

So now Ms. "Gee I think I'll make some new law today even though it is not my job to do so" Kollar-Kotelly steps in. Quoted as saying "exclusion of Internet communications from the coordinated communications regulation severely undermines [Campaign Finance Reform]" she has de facto changed the law which was set in place to exclude political bloggers such as myself.

Suggestion Ms. Kollar-Kotelly, you might want to rethink that silliness or at least sleep with one eye open. We bloggers as a group have ruined the careers of idiots a heck of a lot more powerful than you. Ever hear of Dan Rather?

Now, you have the balls to try and infringe on our first amendment rights, or at least open the doorway for Congress to expand its already unconstitutional law? Way to go! I think that there is only one punishment suitable for a traitor such as yourself and that is impeachment and disgrace. I sometimes wish that blatant disregard for the Constitution could be considered treason so that we could do much worse to you, but alas I am a Constitutionalist and would not suggest that we punish you more than your due.

Besides, I am certain that you could get a nice cushy job talking to groups like MoveOn.org and at Michael Moore film festivals speaking about how disregarding the Constitution is a good thing. So your life wouldn't be ruined all that much.

See Judge, we are not to be taken lightly at all. We have free speech in this nation and a right to it. If you further the destruction of that right do not be surprised if your public service career comes to an end suddenly before Congress. And if you cannot understand something simple as the phrase "Congress shall make no law" then you are clearly not qualified to sit upon your bench nor wear the robes of a judge.

Intellectual Back Flips

It comes as no surprise to myself that the Supreme Court doesn’t understand it’s role in America. And with other recent commentaries such as Men In Black by Mark Levin and the new book by former Chief Justice Roy Moore, I believe that the Supreme Court is coming under greater and greater scrutiny.

Now with the ruling of the Supreme Court by a count of 5-4 that forbids the execution of anyone under the age of 18, that observation becomes more apparent than ever. Left wingers can really drive you nuts. And when you have a couple of them on the highest court in the land it leads to a lot of head scratching and hair pulling trying to get them to make a reasoned point. Instead of spending their time looking at the law they spend their time doing intellectual back flips and finding any comment anywhere in the world that supports the conclusions that they desire prior to even hearing the case.

There is no other way to explain the SCOTUS citing an unratified United Nations treaty on the rights of the child and basically using as the argument for the wrongness of executing criminals under 18 the fact that there are few other countries that do it.

Well la de FREAKING da! Excuse me Mr. and Ms. Justices of the Supreme Court who think that you have powers you do not have, here are some very important questions you need to answer.

If the Constitution states that your authority only “shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made” how do you justify adding into that unratified treaties and foreign opinions? Do you not read the very document you are sworn to protect?

Second, under what finding of fact do you conclude that just because someone else doesn’t do something that therefore it is not a good thing to do? Is the United States not a sovereign country? If so (and it is by the way) how do you justify binding the United States to the opinions of other countries? Doesn’t that sort of defeat the purpose of a sovereign state?

Ginsberg, Kennedy, Brier, Stevens, and Souter don’t have the candle power to answer those questions. They are nothing more than political hacks, bound and determined to implement their predispositions upon the people of America. Who is to say that the other nations are right? Was it right as France and Germany stood by and watched Saddam Hussein murder thousands of his own people for his own jollies? And does that mean that since the United States didn’t sit idly by and acted against Saddam that the United States was wrong and should be punished? If you believe the drivel that 5 intellectually challenged Supreme Court Justices have just handed down on capital punishment you do.

We are to believe that a girl 16 years of age is smart enough and mature enough to make a decision to end the life of her baby. We are to believe that a boy 17 years of age is smart enough to make a decision to have sex and even smarter still to put a condom on his ding dong. But we are supposed to believe that a boy under 18 that premeditates a murder and carries out a murder where he drove a woman to the river, bound and gagged her and then threw her over the side to drown wasn’t mature enough to know what he was doing?

Boy, it must be great to be a liberal. It means that you don’t have to be consistent on ANYTHING!

If we don’t start weeding these liberals out of positions of power, this scatter shot approach is going to lead to lawlessness in America. It will lead to no firm basis of any law upon which to build but merely a hodgepodge of nonsensical opinions that can be used to justify any ruling of Supreme Court Justices desiring to be social engineers choose.

Who'd a thunk it?

When police searched the home of Annette Stevens who is a staunch anti-gun activist you wouldn't think that they would have found what they did. But behold they uncovered a gun with the serial number filed off and drugs.

Ms. Stevens says that she is innocent and that and is quoted as saying
"This is a blatant attempt to try and undermine me"
Well of course it is. It must be. You couldn't be involved in such things could you? I mean, how would it look for an anti-gun activist who doesn't want people to have the right to keep and bear arms to have a gun herself? How would it look if you were doing something illegal?

Hmmmmm. Pretty bad I suppose. I mean if you were a criminal you wouldn't have much credibility left right?

And like a typical Marxist she attempted to play dumb saying that the gun was her son's (which it might have been) but then claiming that after his death she didn't know what to do with it and forgot about it! Gee, for someone who thinks guns are a bad thing that doesn't sound too "logical" now does it?

What really happened here is another Marxist that doesn't want you to have guns but wants to protect themselves with guns (like Rosie O and others) got caught once again. When will the American people wake up and see these people for what they really are?

What they are are people that want power for themselves to control you.
