You are not helping!  I can't believe that you published what you did (in When Disagreement Becomes "Hate")!  This is TERRIBLE for you to put that kind of anti-Bush rhetoric on a site that gets this number of hits!

You know that someone is going to read that and decide not to vote for Bush and if we loose this election you will be responsible!  Can you live with yourself if someone like Dean and his socialist buddies got into the White House because of something you wrote?

Take it down!  I BEG YOU!  VOTE FOR BUSH!

Dear Anne,

Boy, I sure wish that I had the kind of ability to influence national politics the way you claim.  Maybe someday that will be true.

I take offense that you consider pointing out how President Bush has strayed from the conservative path as "anti-Bush".  I didn't speak ill of the man and gave him a great deal of credit for telling the UN to jump in the lake while pursuing terrorists around the globe.

However in the domestic department, the President is severely lacking.  How dare I point out his faults?  I dare because I have the right to express my self through free speech and the press.  I dare because they are glaring faults of a man who seems conservative at his core but also seems intent on trying to be all things to all people with "compassionate" conservatism.

I know.  I'm mean.  How dare I.  I will only vote for Mr. Bush if there is no better candidate because he has not inspired me to vote for him in any other way.  Being all things to all people winds up being nothing to no one.  When Republicans and conservatives learn that lesson this world will be a much better place.
